Service Agreement Terms

1. Service Area The article should be within 100 km from the office address. If the material is within 100 km, the service will be done free of cost (conditions apply for such services).
2. Lab Test Requirements For the Lab test of the material, the owner has to provide us the sample (rice, torch, distilled water).
3. MOU and Inspection Process
   • After Lab confirmation, the company will make an MOU agreement.
   • Within 24 hours of the agreement, the company will visit the spot with complete preparation and experts.
   • After checking the article (by the company's experts), the company will pay the token money. Up to 25cr (depends on the article price).
   • The company's experts will pack the article in an anti-radiation insured packing.
   • After packing, the company will choose any five-star hotel nearby the location for joint custody.
4. Location Requirements The company's experts will not move more than 100 meters (walking distance). There should be an entrance and exit road nearby the article to move the company's vehicles.
5. Custody Security Custody of the article will be in a biometric lock.
6. Biometric Access Three fingerprints will be required to open the biometric lock.
7. Article Registration Registration of the article.
8. Registration Information Need a list of the names for registration.
9. Payment Process After completion of the registration, the company will provide white money in the bank account as per the party's choice.
10. Bank Account Setup The company will take the initiative to open the bank account in which the amount will be transferred.

11. Token Amount Collection The token amount can be taken at any 3 states or places in India.
12. Documentation The company will provide all the required papers within 6 days of the joint custody.
13. Clearance Certificates The company will send all the clearance certificates after transferring the amount.

    Clearance Certificates List:

    • Clearance certificate of the Minister of Defense.
    • Clearance certificate of the Minister of Finance.
    • Clearance certificate of DRDO.
    • Clearance certificate of Income tax.
    • Clearance certificate of RBI.
    • Clearance certificate of GST.

    All the requirements of the owner will be fulfilled by the company within 7 to 21 working days of the joint custody.

14. Final Approval The party will provide NOC to the company after His/Her satisfaction.
